Compassionate, professional caregivers; minor improvements
I've been using this in-home care agency for several months and have been very pleased - the caregivers are compassionate and professional, communication is clear, and scheduling is flexible. Overall I'm satisfied and would recommend them, with just a few minor things that could be tightened up.
