    Compassionate skilled dementia care agency

I hired this agency for my mom and have been very pleased. Caregivers are warm, skilled (excellent with dementia), attentive and punctual, and owner Kelly Britton and director Michelle provide compassionate, professional leadership that gave our family real peace of mind. They're flexible with scheduling, responsive in communication, and I recommend their services.

    Summary of reviews

Overall impression: Reviews depict an agency that consistently delivers warm, professional, and clinically informed in‑home care for older adults. Strengths repeatedly cited include compassionate caregivers, knowledgeable dementia care, and a family‑centered approach that gives families peace of mind. Several reviewers highlighted strong, involved leadership and nursing oversight, which appears to translate into reliable clinical guidance, thoughtful caregiver matching, and useful caregiver training and tips for families.

Caregiver quality and conduct: The dominant pattern is positive—caregivers are described as attentive, respectful, and skilled with clients who have dementia or changing needs. Reviewers praised caregivers who go beyond task lists to provide comfort, mobility assistance, and emotional support. That said, there are recurring concerns about variability in caregiver performance: some families experienced inattentiveness during shifts, lapses in personal‑care hygiene follow‑through, and instances suggesting inconsistent experience levels among aides. A small subset of reviews raised more serious conduct issues involving professional boundaries and handling of personal items or topical products; these suggest the agency may need clearer protocols and stronger enforcement around property handling, privacy, and payment requests made during care visits.

Communication, reliability, and scheduling: Office communication and leadership receive consistently favorable comments—clients describe accessible coordinators, quick responses, and active directors who provide reassurance and case coordination. Scheduling flexibility and rapid coverage for last‑minute needs are frequently praised, and several families noted dependable emergency and hospitalization support. Conversely, other reviews point to unreliable shift coverage, scheduling errors, and occasional lack of follow‑up after staffing changes. These operational inconsistencies appear episodic but meaningful to families who rely on predictable staffing.

Billing, value, and management: Financial concerns appear in two ways: isolated billing inaccuracies or administrative errors, and occasional commentary about cost or affordability. While some reviewers appreciated the agency's insurance knowledge and perceived value, others flagged billing transparency and invoice accuracy as areas for improvement. Leadership and office staff are repeatedly identified as strong assets—reviewers named directors and owners as responsive and compassionate—suggesting that management engagement is a real strength even as back‑office processes sometimes lag. A few comments also linked staff compensation to morale and turnover, implying that workforce stability could affect continuity of care.

Notable patterns and guidance for families: The overarching pattern is of an agency that provides high‑quality, empathetic care with often excellent clinical support, particularly for dementia and complex needs. Prospective clients should weigh that positive track record against occasional operational weaknesses: verify scheduling and backup plans, confirm billing procedures in writing, and discuss boundaries and property‑handling protocols up front. If care continuity and strict procedural adherence are priorities, ask about caregiver training, turnover rates, and the agency’s processes for addressing conduct or privacy concerns. For families seeking compassionate, clinically competent in‑home care with responsive leadership, this agency appears to be a strong candidate, provided the operational caveats above are proactively addressed.
