    Compassionate reliable coordinated dementia care

I hired this agency for my mom and have been very pleased - compassionate, well-trained caregivers (Amira stood out), clear upfront info, flexible coordinated care plans, and timely/after-hours support. They helped with moves, facility recommendations, VA benefits and hospice coordination, which made transitions and recovery much easier. Office staff are organized and responsive; overall I'd recommend them for reliable, affordable 1:1 and dementia-friendly care.

    Summary of reviews

Overall impression: Reviews portray Premier Companion Care Inc. as an agency that delivers person-centered, practical in-home support. Families consistently highlight caregivers' warmth, attentiveness, and practical knowledge; the agency also receives repeated praise for responsiveness, coordination with outside providers, and a willingness to adapt care plans for hospice, dementia, and veteran-specific needs.

Caregiver quality: Caregivers are described as compassionate, knowledgeable, and dementia-aware, with many comments emphasizing strong one-to-one caregiving and positive client rapport. Reviewers mention specific strengths such as transfer assistance, safety improvements, and help with daily routines. While the dominant tone is positive, occasional language such as "pretty good overall" suggests some variability in individual caregiver performance rather than a uniform standard of excellence.

Office communication and management: The office is frequently characterized as organized, responsive, and proactive. Families note clear initial meetings, helpful staff (named staff received individual praise), and effective scheduling practices. Management involvement in coordination and after-hours support is cited positively; the agency is also credited with providing facility recommendations and networking with clinical professionals.

Reliability and scheduling: Reliability is a recurring theme: reviewers report timely or next-day service starts, consistent shift coverage, and flexible arrangements including 24/7 care. Proactive scheduling and follow-through are highlighted as contributors to family peace of mind. The agency's ability to support transitions (moves, facility coordination) and to adjust care plans is presented as an operational strength.

Value and billing-related services: Multiple reviews note affordability and practical help with funding sources such as VA benefits and waiver services. That combination of cost-consciousness and benefits-navigation is framed as an important part of the agency's value proposition for veteran families and those using public waivers.

Notable patterns and caveats: The public reviews are overwhelmingly favorable, underlining strengths in caregiver compassion, veteran and hospice support, and office responsiveness. Areas where the written feedback offers less detail include systematic quality-assurance metrics and formal complaint-resolution processes; reviewers rarely reference those operational elements. Additionally, language implying "good" rather than uniformly "excellent" performance suggests occasional variability in caregiver skill or fit, which prospective clients may want to explore during intake and matching.

Practical takeaway: For families seeking a responsive, veteran-capable agency with strong caregiver rapport and coordination capacity, Premier Companion Care appears to be a solid option. Prospective clients should confirm caregiver-matching procedures, ask about formal quality-assurance practices, and request references or trial shifts if consistency of skill is a primary concern.
