    Warm compassionate reliable attentive care

I hired this in-home care agency for my parent and have been very pleased. The caregivers were warm, patient and compassionate, the coordinator and office staff were attentive, courteous and helpful (even with Medicaid), communication was responsive, and they reliably handled personal care and household tasks - I felt heard and never rushed; I'd happily recommend them.

    Summary of reviews

Overall impression: The aggregated feedback on Today’s Homecare, Inc. is predominantly positive, with many families praising the agency for warm, compassionate caregivers and responsive office coordination. Reviewers commonly used terms such as calm guidance, supportive, and highly recommended; several highlighted specific coordinators and office staff as professional and reassuring. Practical supports — including assistance with Medicaid, housekeeping, and general home tasks — are consistently mentioned as added value.

Caregiver quality and client experience: Caregivers are characterized as attentive, patient, and caring, with multiple accounts of caregivers developing family-like rapport and prioritizing client comfort. Clients and family members repeatedly described good caregiver-client matching and a sense that caregivers listened and did not rush interactions. Reported caregiver tasks ranged from personal-care assistance and companionship to household chores and trash removal, and reviewers generally expressed satisfaction with the breadth and quality of those services.

Office communication and management: Many reviewers praised the office team for responsiveness, professionalism, and availability; coordinators were described as knowledgeable and helpful in scheduling and problem resolution. However, a subset of feedback raised concerns about lapses in communication and examples of unprofessional conduct, suggesting variability in administrative performance. These comments point toward possible gaps in staff training, discipline, or supervisory oversight rather than a uniform operational failure.

Reliability, scheduling, and value: Several accounts emphasize that the agency is easy to work with, available when needed, and quick to resolve issues — attributes that contributed to a sense of good value and gratitude from families. Assistance navigating benefits (e.g., Medicaid) was singled out as a practical benefit. While most families reported consistent service and helpful scheduling, the communication and professionalism concerns noted above could affect perceived reliability in isolated cases.

Notable patterns and final assessment: The dominant pattern is one of strong interpersonal caregiving and generally effective office support, offset by occasional operational weaknesses around communication and staff supervision. Prospective clients should expect compassionate, attentive caregivers and supportive coordination, and they should confirm communication and oversight processes during intake to ensure consistency. If the agency addresses the identified training and quality-control gaps, the existing strengths would likely translate into a uniformly positive experience for more families.
