    Excellent care restored my independence

I used this in-home agency after a fall and was very satisfied. The owner attended with the PT to answer questions, Brittany in intake was fast and communicative, and the supervisor and caregivers were professional, punctual, and kind. PT/OT/SLP care was excellent-effective exercises, fall-prevention guidance, pain relief, and improved strength and walking, with help for bed and wheelchair needs. Setup was smooth, the team was responsive and knowledgeable, and they went above and beyond; I feel like myself again and highly recommend them.

    Summary of reviews

Reviews reflect a mix of strong clinical and interpersonal performance alongside operational and administrative shortcomings. Clinically, the agency earns consistent praise: physical, occupational and speech therapy services are described as skilled and effective, with measurable mobility and pain improvements. Caregivers and nursing staff are frequently characterized as kind, respectful and engaging; supervisory and owner-level involvement is noted positively and some families reported a high degree of hands-on management and fast intake follow-up.

At the same time, a pattern of administrative problems emerges. Several reviewers described coordination issues such as missing or delayed supplies, misdirected shipments, and longer-than-expected gaps in equipment provisioning. These indicate supply-chain and scheduling processes that may need strengthening. Office-to-field communication appears inconsistent at times; while intake staff and certain supervisors received praise for responsiveness, other administrative interactions reflected disorganization.

Clinical scope and training are additional areas to consider. While general therapy and caregiving are strengths, reviewers pointed to variability in caregiver clinical knowledge, and limitations in specialty services (for example, lymphedema management) and depth of specialized training. Prospective clients with specific clinical needs should confirm the agency’s experience and scope for those conditions before engagement.

There are also a few serious operational concerns that warrant attention. A small number of reviewers raised safety-related issues such as unsafe driving behavior by staff and at least one privacy/HIPAA-related incident. These are not widespread across reviews but are significant because they relate to client safety and confidentiality; families should seek clear explanations of driving policies, staff supervision, and data/privacy safeguards during the intake process.

Overall value and client experience lean positive when the primary needs are rehabilitation and respectful personal care: many families described meaningful recovery support and a smooth clinical setup. However, the agency would benefit from more consistent administrative processes, stronger supply-chain controls, clarified specialty-service offerings, and formalized safety and privacy protocols. Prospective clients should verify scheduling reliability, specialty competencies, equipment provisioning timelines, and privacy safeguards as part of their onboarding conversation.
