    Compassionate reliable helpful in-home care

I'm very pleased with this in-home senior care agency - scheduling evaluations was easy, they kept clear notes for future treatments, and the dry-erase calendar is incredibly useful. Nicole (OT) and new caregiver Shavon Chester are phenomenal; Kaitlin and the rest of the team were helpful, cooperative, friendly, resourceful, caring, answered my questions, made me feel like family, and are truly an asset to the senior community (even available on Saturdays).

    Summary of reviews

Reviewer feedback indicates a mix of clinical and relational strengths alongside operational weaknesses. On the positive side, families and clients frequently praised the clinical staff — occupational and physical therapists received specific commendations — and appreciated written evaluation notes and practical in-home tools (for example, a dry-erase calendar). Individual caregivers and office staff were often described as compassionate, family-oriented, and helpful; named staff were cited as assets. The team’s weekend availability and perceived willingness to answer questions contribute to a sense of accessibility for some clients.

At the same time, a pattern of communication and reliability issues appears in the feedback. Several reviewers described delayed or problematic setup and onboarding processes, difficulty reaching the agency outside normal hours, and full or ineffective voicemail systems. These communication gaps were tied to concerns about shift reliability and scheduling consistency, with at least one reviewer advising prospective clients to continue looking elsewhere because of setup and reliability problems. Taken together, these comments point to weaknesses in the agency’s operational communication systems and escalation pathways.

There are also indications of lapses in household-incident and property-management practices. Mentions of wall damage and related safety concerns suggest that protocols for preventing, documenting, and resolving property incidents may be inadequate or inconsistently applied. These items are operational in nature and would be addressed by clearer policies, supervisor follow-up, and documented incident-resolution processes.

Information about billing, pricing, and perceived value was not prominent in the summaries provided. Prospective clients and families would benefit from asking the agency directly about rates, cancellation and no‑show policies, how service hours are tracked, and how the agency documents and communicates care plans and incidents. Overall, the agency appears to deliver strong clinical care and relationship-based strengths in many cases, but prospective clients should confirm onboarding timelines, after-hours contact procedures, shift-contingency plans, and property-incident protocols before committing to services.
